Anchor Group Services is recruiting Concierge Security Officers for The Elephant in London. You will combine front-of-house customer service with professional security duties, managing access control, CCTV, and incident response to create a safe, welcoming environment within the residential spaces.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid frontline SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) Licence.
• Desirable: CCTV Licence and/or previous CCTV/control room experience.
• Desirable: Previous concierge/front-of-house or residential experience.
• Desirable: Experience within residential or mixed-use developments.
• Full 5-year checkable employment history.
• Previous security experience within retail, corporate, residential or public-facing environments.
• Customer service experience and ability to handle conflict professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional front-of-house presence with excellent customer service.
• Manage access control, visitor management and building security.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; respond to incidents and welfare concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential and communal areas; report defects.
• Manage deliveries, parcel handling and contractor access; follow permit-to-work procedures.
• Maintain records and prepare detailed incident reports as needed.
• Support evacuations and business continuity; ensure safety and security.

About the Role

As a Concierge Security Officer, youwill play a key role in creating a safe, secure and welcoming environmentwithin The Elephant's residential buildings. Combining front-of-house customerservice with professional security duties, you will manage access control,monitor CCTV systems, support residents and visitors, and respond to incidentsand enquiries when required.

You will be a visible ambassador forboth Anchor Group Services and The Elephant, delivering a professional,approachable and high-quality service at all times.

Duties Include:

• Provide a professional front-of-house presence,welcoming residents, visitors, contractors and guests whilst deliveringexceptional customer service.
• Manage access control systems, visitor managementprocesses and building security, ensuring only authorised personnel gain entry.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding toincidents, emergencies and welfare concerns in a timely and professionalmanner.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential buildingsand communal areas, reporting defects, hazards and maintenance concerns asrequired.
• Manage deliveries, parcel handling and contractoraccess, ensuring site procedures and permit-to-work requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate records, investigate incidentsand prepare detailed reports where necessary.
• Support emergency evacuations, business continuityprocedures and the overall safety and security of the development.
• Work collaboratively with the site teams whileacting as a professional ambassador for the client and Anchor Group Services.

Requirements
