Concierge / Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator

Job Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge / Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator with good communication, organisational, and Microsoft Office skills. You will join the Housing Services Department, providing high-quality estate management services to residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee contractors responsible for cleaning and maintenance of communal areas, indoors and outdoors.
  2. Check for maintenance issues such as light bulbs, damage, defects, and graffiti, and report to the maintenance team.
  3. Report and arrange clearance for large items left on the estate.
  4. Report and facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles.
  5. Monitor and inspect the estate daily, reporting to Environmental Services.
  6. Complete initial anti-social behaviour complaint forms and forward to Head Office.
  7. Put up notices, deliver leaflets, letters, and newsletters to residents.
  8. Assist the sales team with inquiries and property viewings.
Candidate Requirements
  • Clear and courteous communication with residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Basic IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office.
  • Organised with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and when to call professionals.
  • Knowledge of local amenities, services, and transportation is desirable.

Additional Information
