Job summary

Hiddenwell’s Ardencote Manor, a Luxury Wellness Retreat, seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service, handle reservations, check-ins and guest requests, and collaborate with reception and spa teams to maintain flawless guest experiences.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, provide facility information, and assist on reception duties as required, with a warm, professional approach that encourages return visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to upsell and promote additional services.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage
• Providing courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly
• Escorting guests to their rooms and providing brief information about hotel and spa facilities
• Assisting with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests
• Keeping public areas tidy and replenished throughout the day
• Coordinating with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Assisting on reception duties when required

As a Concierge, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every farewell is just as warm. From handling reservations and check-ins to providing thoughtful support throughout each visit, your friendly, confident, and professional approach will help ensure every guest feels relaxed, valued, and eager to return

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage

Additional Information

• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• £12.71 per hour
