Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell is seeking a dedicated Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our luxury wellness retreat. The role focuses on warm welcomes, accurate information, and seamless service across spa and hotel facilities, with opportunities to showcase upselling skills.

Join a supportive team in a full-time, permanent position. Working 37.5 hours across 5 days, including weekends, you’ll help guests feel uniquely looked after and valued every visit.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services.
• Ability to follow procedures and ensure accurate information.
• Sales-minded with ability to upsell additional services.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests on arrival and departure, handling luggage.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and meet guest needs promptly.
• Escort guests to rooms and share brief info on facilities.
• Assist with guest requests like room service, transfers, taxis.
• Keep public areas tidy and replenish supplies through the day.
• Coordinate with reception and other departments for smooth experiences.
• Assist on reception duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage
• Providing courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly
• Escorting guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities
• Assisting with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests
• Keeping public areas are kept tidy and replenished throughout the day
• Coordinating with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Assisting on reception duties when required

Your Skills And Expertise

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an excellent understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services
• Have the ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided
• Be sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services

Additional Information

• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• £12.71 per hour
