Concierge Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the overall management and integrity of the building during weekends and scheduled shifts.

Primary Responsibilities for Concierge:

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents
• Answer multiline telephone systems, screen, and direct calls
• Greet guests and residents entering the building, directing them to the correct destination
• Respond to and address resident concerns that arise during the shift
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Schedule appointments
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication
• Carry out emergency procedures as required during the shift
• Use the BILD sales system effectively and successfully
• Oversee or run weekend activities
• Notify the Executive Director of emergency situations
• Identify areas or items in need of repair and report to the Assistant Director
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
