Job summary

Avery Healthcare is hiring a Concierge to create a positive first impression by answering calls, greeting visitors, and delivering high‑quality service to residents. You will welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and support daily operations with a friendly, professional approach.

You will be expected to handle multiple tasks, maintain a tidy reception area, and coordinate with the team to ensure residents experience courteous, attentive care at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organised.
• DBS disclosure check arranged at employer expense.

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents. Other responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.
• A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
