Job summary

Role includes welcoming visitors, monitoring the Bistro, handling resident requests, and performing admin duties. DBS check and UK work eligibility required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.
