Main Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ensuring public areas, such as the Traders Lounge and lobby, remain clean and inviting.
• Assisting guests with arranging events, excursions, and transportation.
• Answering calls, managing reservations, and distributing messages.
• Tailoring experiences for frequent guests by remembering and addressing their preferences.
• Resolving complaints effectively and finding appropriate solutions.
• Providing information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assisting with luggage and offering support during guest arrivals and departures.
• Safely operating and maintaining guest vehicles while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Coordinating special requests, such as business services, entertainment bookings, or shopping.
• Continuously promoting our hotel’s unique offerings to create extraordinary guest experiences.

Requirements

• Clean UK Full Driving Licence
• 25+ years old
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
