Job summary

Stock Exchange Hotel, located in central Manchester, seeks team members for welcoming guests and delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury boutique setting. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop in a historic Edwardian building within a Marriott Autograph Collection property.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas are clean and well-presented.
• Prepare beverages, including tea, coffee, and bar drinks where applicable.
• Process payments and operate the till/POS system.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service.
