Job summary

Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking motivated Spa Therapists for full and part-time permanent roles, with an estimated start date in January 2027. In a luxury spa environment you will deliver a range of professional treatments, ensure personalised guest care and uphold the highest standards.

You will consult guests, tailor treatments to individual needs, maintain pristine treatment rooms and work with the Therapy and Retail teams to promote products and drive repeat

Qualifications

• Spa Therapy qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Excellent practical treatment skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Warm, confident and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for wellness, beauty and guest care.
• Confidence recommending products and treatments based on guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of professional spa treatments to an exceptional and consistent standard.
• Carrying out thoughtful guest consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs.
• Creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing experience from consultation through to aftercare.
• Building genuine rapport with guests, encouraging repeat visits and rebooking.
• Providing knowledgeable aftercare advice and recommend suitable retail products.
• Maintaining beautifully presented, clean and welcoming treatment rooms.
• Keeping treatments running smoothly and to schedule while never compromising the guest experience.
• Supporting spa promotions, events and busy service periods.
• Working closely with our Therapy, Retail and wider Spa teams to create a seamless guest journey.
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, treatment safety and record keeping.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for talented and passionate Spa Therapists to join the team at Ardencote, delivering exceptional treatments within a luxury spa environment

As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ spa experience. From the moment they arrive for their treatment, you’ll take the time to understand what they need, provide expert advice and deliver a personalised experience that leaves them feeling relaxed, refreshed and wanting to return

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who combines excellent technical skills with a genuine passion for people and wellbeing

Ideally, you will have:

• A relevant Spa Therapy qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent practical treatment skills and excellent attention to detail
• A warm, confident and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for wellness, beauty and guest care
• Confidence recommending products and treatments based on individual guest needs
• The ability to remain calm, organised and guest-focused in a busy spa environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Further Information:

• Working Hours: Between15 - 37.5 hours per week
• Full & part-time Positions
• Working between 2 & 5 out of 7 days a week
• Shift Pattern: As required
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
