Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent customer experience by enforcing company procedures.
• Communicate targets set by management to the team and focus on key indicators such as turnover, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell-through, and service.
• Implement corrective measures to increase sales, including merchandising, stock management, CRM, and team motivation.
• Assist in developing the clienteling strategy to build a high-quality customer portfolio and identify high-potential clients.
• Utilize retail space effectively according to merchandising guidelines.
• Organize and structure store work efficiently.
• Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication of internal and external messages.
• Manage personnel tasks such as planning, conduct issues, and performance management.
• Assess new staff performance and support their development through coaching and training.
• Motivate the team to improve sales results continuously.
• Set team targets and communicate results; participate in evaluations.

Administrative Management

• Handle administrative tasks including after-sales service, reporting, and restocking.
• Manage store opening and closing, monitor cash flow, and oversee deliveries.
• Maintain optimal stock levels based on sales data.
• Organize stock replenishments and ensure after-sales service quality.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and oversee store maintenance and supplies.
• Participate in performance bonuses, pension contributions, holidays, health cover, and family leave benefits.
