Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd seeks a Composite Trim and Assembly Technician to join a Norwich-based manufacturing team. You will trim, bond, and assemble composite parts to tight tolerances, using technical drawings and build manuals, with on-site training provided.

You will work with jigs and fixtures, utilize hand and air tools, and ensure accurate paper trail such as time sheets and job tracking. A fast-paced, quality-driven environment awaits with opportunities for progression.

Composite Trim and Assembly Technician

Do you take pride in precision work and have hands-on experience with composite materials? We're currently recruiting on behalf of a composites manufacturer for a skilled Trim and Bonding Technician to join their production team

What the Job Involves

Working from technical drawings and build manuals, you'll carry out trimming, bonding, and assembly work on composite parts to tight tolerances. Full support and further training will be provided by experienced technicians on site.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Trimming and finishing composite components to precise specifications
• Carrying out structural adhesive bonding as part of the assembly process
• Working accurately from technical drawings and build documentation
• Keeping on top of paperwork - time sheets, route cards, and job tracking
• Keeping your workspace tidy, safe, and compliant with H&S standards
