Job summary

Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Composite Trim and Bonding Technician for a Norwich-based role. Permanent contract with flexible hours, on-site support from experienced technicians.

You will trim, bond, and assemble composite parts to tight tolerances, reading technical drawings and build manuals, with training provided on site. The role suits someone with hands-on composites experience, capable of meeting deadlines and keeping accurate time sheets.

Qualifications

• Proven background in composite trimming and structural bonding.
• Solid understanding of composite manufacturing techniques, including jigging and fixturing.
• Comfortable with hand tools and air tools.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Trimming and finishing composite components to precise specifications.
• Carrying out structural adhesive bonding as part of the assembly process.
• Working accurately from technical drawings and build documentation.
• Keeping paperwork such as time sheets and route cards up to date.
• Maintaining a tidy, safe workspace in line with H&S standards.
