Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is seeking a Composite Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee day-to-day composite production activities at Milton Keynes, ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of high-quality components for our innovative engineering projects.

You will lead technicians and chargehands, drive production plans, and promote a Right First Time culture while collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Programme teams.

Qualifications

Significant experience in composite manufacturing.
Experience leading manufacturing teams.
Ability to read engineering drawings and docs.
Understanding prepreg carbon fibre manufacturing processes.
Experience in laminating, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, bonding, trimming and assembly.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) are looking for a Composite Manufacturing Team Leader to lead day-to-day composite production activities, ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of components for a variety of innovative engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a team of composite manufacturing technicians and chargehands.
Deliver production plans in line with quality, cost and delivery targets.
Drive a strong safety-first and Right First Time culture.
Monitor performance, resolve production issues and escalated risks proactively.
Support training, performance management and team development activities.

Key Requirements

Significant experience within composite manufacturing.

Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
