Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is seeking a Composite Manufacturing Team Leader to run day-to-day composite production activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of components for a variety of innovative engineering projects at Milton Keynes.

You will lead a team of technicians, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, quality and program teams to meet safety, quality and delivery targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience within composite manufacturing.
Strong understanding of prepreg carbon fibre manufacturing processes.
Previous experience leading or supervising manufacturing teams.
Knowledge of laminating, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, bonding, trimming and assembly processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.

Deliver production plans in line with quality, cost and delivery targets.

Monitor performance, resolve production issues and escalated risks proactively.
