Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking a seasoned Composite Manufacturing Team Leader to head day-to-day composite production activities in a fast-moving facility in Milton Keynes.

You will lead technicians, deliver production plans, drive Right First Time, support training and continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure on-time project delivery. A strong background in prepreg carbon fibre processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in composite manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of prepreg carbon fibre manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of laminating, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, bonding, trimming and assembly.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
