Job summary

PROSPEC ASSOCIATES LIMITED is seeking an experienced composite laminator for an urgent F1 project. You will laminate and manufacture high‑performance composite components from engineering drawings and lay‑up manuals to exact specifications.

This contract role requires strong hands-on experience with pre‑preg materials, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality. You will also prepare, lay up, cure carbon fibre, and keep equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a composite laminator in the F1, motorsport or automotive sectors.
• Strong background working with pre-preg materials
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to high-quality workmanship

My client, a leading supplier of composite components to F1 and motorsport requires an experienced composite laminator for an urgent F1 project. This is a contract role outside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Laminating and manufacturing high-performance composite components.
• Working from engineering drawings and lay‑up manuals to exact specifications
• Preparing, laying up, and curing pre‑preg carbon fibre
