Job summary

M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a specialist aerospace and defence manufacturing team. You will perform hand lay-up of carbon fibre and prepreg materials, vacuum bagging, debulking and preparation for curing, working from engineering drawings and ply books.

The role requires hands-on laminating experience in demanding environments (aerospace, motorsport or automotive), strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce

Qualifications

• Hands-on composites laminating experience, ideally in aerospace, motorsport, automotive or similar.
• Comfortable working with prepreg materials and interpreting technical instructions.

They're looking for experienced Composite Laminators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of getting the detail right and can hit the ground running.

The work

What we're looking for

• You’ll already have hands-on composites laminating experience, ideally gained within aerospace, motorsport, automotive or another demanding engineering environment.
• You’ll be comfortable working with prepreg materials, interpreting technical instructions and producing consistently high-quality work.
