Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a growing team. The role involves producing high-quality composite components from drawings and specifications, operating from a double-days shift pattern rotating weekly.

The position offers a salary of c£33,396 with shift premiums, and entails early and late shifts with a weekly rotation. Commuting options include Nuneaton, Hinckley, and Coventry.

Job description

Composite Laminator

We are looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join a growing team.

This position does operate on a double days shift pattern that rotates weekly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality composite components using a range of laminating techniques, working from drawings, moulds and specifications while maintaining excellent standards of quality and safety.

Salary: c£33,396 inclusive of shift premiums

Hours of work:

• Earlies - 6am to 14:30 Monday to Thursday, 6am to 11am on Fridays
• Lates - 14:15 to 22:45 Monday to Thursday, 10:45am to 15:45 on Fridays

This Composite Laminator job will suit:

• Previous experience in composite laminating is preferred.
• Good understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Able to work accurately and consistently to tight tolerances.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
