Job summary

ReeVR is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a Melton Mowbray manufacturing site on a contract basis. You will be responsible for laminating with pre-preg carbon fibre to tight tolerances, following detailed drawings and specifications, and producing high-quality composite components for aerospace/motorsport applications.

The role offers a 3–6 month engagement, days shifts, and a £22 per hour rate outside IR35 (Ltd Company).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in composite laminating.
• Strong pre-preg carbon fibre experience.
• Previous automotive, motorsport or high-performance composites experience preferred.
• Confident working from technical drawings and layup specifications.
• Able to work to production targets and maintain high standards of workmanship.

ReeVR Talent are currently recruiting for experienced Composite Laminators to join an established composites manufacturer based in Melton Mowbray.

We have a minimum of five contract opportunities available for skilled laminators with a strong background in pre-preg carbon fibre, ideally gained within the automotive, motorsport or high-performance manufacturing sectors.

This is a great opportunity to work on specialist composite components within a busy production environment, with an initial contract of 3–6 months.

The Role:

• Carrying out pre-preg carbon fibre laminating to high-quality standards.
