Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is helping a housing association in Macclesfield recruit a Compliance Team Leader to oversee statutory servicing, testing and remedial works across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and Legionella compliance.

You will lead and develop the compliance team, monitor contractor performance and ensure regulatory standards are met while driving continuous improvement and ensuring properties remain safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading compliance projects from planning to completion.
• Ability to analyse compliance reports and manage customer-facing services.
• Strong leadership skills to develop teams and manage change.
• Experience managing contractor performance and understanding budget management.
• Qualifications in key compliance areas would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
