Niyaa People in Macclesfield seeks an experienced Compliance Team Leader to drive statutory servicing, testing and risk assessments across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and Legionella. You will lead a small team, supervise contractors, and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory servicing, testing, inspections, risk assessments and remedial works across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and Legionella compliance.
• Manage and develop the compliance team, monitor performance against targets and ensure organisational compliance objectives are achieved.
• Monitor contractor performance, oversee compliance works and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
• Analyse compliance reports, maintain accurate records and manage risks to ensure properties remain safe and compliant.
