Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join the Sustainability and Compliance Team in Chesterfield. The role involves supporting audits, documenting findings, and driving improvements across health & safety, quality and environmental objectives.

A company van is provided for UK travel. The candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and able to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.

Formación

• Strong interest in health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Ability to document and record findings accurately.
• Proactive in communicating requirements to teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support and conduct audits in line with ISO standards and policies.
• Record findings and help identify corrective actions for improvement.
• Assist in communicating compliance guidance to teams.
• Support Health & Safety risk assessments and inspections.
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Help develop and maintain compliance procedures and documentation.
• Support the compliance improvement plan across H&S, quality and environment.
• Assist with rollout and improvement of the Compliance Management Platform.
