A leading global brokerage firm is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Compliance Specialist to join its London office. You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence, managing compliance frameworks, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, client-focused trading business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring the firm’s activities are compliant with DFSA / ESCA and other relevant regional and global regulations
• Reviewing and implementing internal compliance policies and controls, specifically related to CFD and FX products
• Monitoring transactions and client activity for AML, KYC, and suspicious activity
• Supporting the licensing, regulatory filings, and audit processes
• Acting as a key point of contact for local regulators and internal stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes across EMEA that impact the business

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in compliance within a CFD, FX, or broader online trading firm
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations in the EMEA markets
• Experience with AML/KYC, trade monitoring, and regulatory reporting
• Proactive, structured thinker with a strong eye for detail and risk
• Familiar with a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment
