Job summary

Deekay Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory compliance across a social housing portfolio of approximately 8,000 homes. You will report to the Fire Safety and Compliance Manager and oversee gas, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos, and LOler management to meet statutory timescales.

You will build and lead a team of compliance officers, driving performance, strengthening contractor management, and improving data and reporting to support regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading statutory compliance programmes for large housing portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage inspections, servicing and certification to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of landlord compliance (excluding fire safety).
• Oversee gas, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos, and LOler management.
• Direct a team of compliance officers and managers in evidence gathering and reporting.
• Drive contractor performance, data quality and compliance reporting.
