Job summary

Candidate Source - TEAM is seeking a Compliance Manager to own a broad remit spanning management systems, accreditations, environmental legislation, insurance, ESG and health & safety support. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will influence standards across the business and drive improvements across multiple departments.

You will manage key accreditations (ISO, FSC, BRCGS, EcoVadis and FORS), monitor regulatory developments such as EPR, PPWR and Plastic Packaging Tax, and

Qualifications

• Experience in quality and environmental management systems.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience coordinating audits and industry accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accreditations and the central Quality Management System.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain essential documentation.
• Support ESG, CSR initiatives, carbon-neutrality objectives and training.
• Manage the company insurance portfolio and liaise on related claims.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on policies, tenders and continuous improvement.
