Job summary

Irwin & Colton is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of group-wide compliance strategies across our sustainability services business. Based in London or Birmingham, this hybrid role offers the chance to shape management systems and drive certification accreditations.

You will oversee ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 initiatives, manage audits, support tender responses with accurate compliance data, and drive continuous improvement across acquired businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing ISO management systems and certification processes.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance assurance.

• Desirable experience working within the waste, heavy manufacturing or a related heavy industrial environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across various functions.
• Relevant professional qualifications in compliance, auditing, or management systems.
