Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced CAFM Systems and Compliance Manager to lead the Estates & Facilities team. You will manage the CAFM system, ensure accuracy of asset records, oversee PPM schedules and drive compliance across Hard FM, Soft FM and Property Services.
You will coordinate with operational teams, provide reports and assurance, and travel between Trust sites to fulfil responsibilities, including site visits as required.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive CAFM Systems and Compliance Manager to join our Estates and Facilities team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our estates, facilities and property services operate safely, effectively and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the Estates and Facilities Department, you will be responsible for the effective management and development of the Trust's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. You will ensure the system remains fully operational, accurate and robust, providing the information and assurance required to demonstrate compliance across Hard FM, Soft FM and Property Services functions. You will work closely with operational teams to maintain accurate asset records, oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, support compliance reporting, and ensure staff are appropriately trained to fulfil their responsibilities.
