Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced CAFM Systems and Compliance Manager to lead the Estates & Facilities team. You will manage the CAFM system, ensure accuracy of asset records, oversee PPM schedules and drive compliance across Hard FM, Soft FM and Property Services.

You will coordinate with operational teams, provide reports and assurance, and travel between Trust sites to fulfil responsibilities, including site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing CAFM systems and compliance in Estates and Facilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between Trust sites.
• Experience with PPM programmes and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor compliance with PPM, statutory and mandatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive PPM programmes and document maintenance.
• Produce compliance reports demonstrating KPI performance.
• Monitor delivery against schedules and address non-compliance.
• Work with Service Managers to review performance and drive improvements.
• Oversee contractor performance to meet contractual and safety standards.
• Ensure contractors follow Safe Working Policy and Permit to Work.
