You’ll support Retail and Sales Managers, monitor the compliance system, and guide Sales Executives with training to boost performance and experiences across our dealerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in ensuring FCA regulations and standards for Finance & Insurance.
• Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and customer experience.
• Ability to coach, train and guide Sales Executives to achieve compliance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Executive compliance system, ensuring information is entered, updated and used effectively.
• Support Retail and Sales Managers in compliance oversight and policy adherence.
• Maintain alignment with regulations and internal policies for Finance & Insurance.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to Sales Executives to develop them.
• Drive department compliance and customer experience objectives.
