Stratstone Exotics at Lithia UK is seeking a Compliance Controller to safeguard customer journeys and uphold FCA Finance & Insurance standards. You’ll support Retail and Sales Managers, monitor the compliance system, and guide Sales Executives with training to boost performance and experiences across our dealerships.

• Experience in ensuring FCA regulations and standards for Finance & Insurance.
• Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and customer experience.
• Ability to coach, train and guide Sales Executives to achieve compliance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Executive compliance system, ensuring information is entered, updated and used effectively.
• Support Retail and Sales Managers in compliance oversight and policy adherence.
• Maintain alignment with regulations and internal policies for Finance & Insurance.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to Sales Executives to develop them.
• Drive department compliance and customer experience objectives.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A passion for providing outstanding experiences that keep customers coming back to our dealerships.
• Supporting the Retail and Sales Managers in overseeing the Sales Executive compliance system, ensuring all information is being entered, updated, and used effectively.
• A conscientious approach, always striving to observe regulations, policies, and guidelines, as well as adhering to all FCA regulations and standards for Finance & Insurance.
• Motivation for achieving department compliance, and customer experience objectives.
• Passion for helping others to grow and develop, regularly providing training, coaching, and guidance to Sales Executives, supporting them to become the best they can be.
• An analytical mindset with accuracy.
