Adepto are looking for a proactive support assistant to help our compliance and customer service teams in their day-to-day work in the Altrincham office.

You will manage contractor documentation, ensure right-to-work and insurance records are up to date, and maintain auditable files for compliance.

Working closely with consultants and a key account client, you will develop excellent IT and data entry skills, stay organised under pressure, and support service delivery to the Adepto values.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service experience with excellent communication.
• Good IT knowledge and data entry skills.
• Organised, able to prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
• Experience in recruitment sector preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support the existing team across compliance and customer service.
• Manage temporary labour contractor documentation and records.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure service delivery.
• Keep auditable files up to date for audit readiness.
