Job summary

Right Now Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team within our fast-paced recruitment organisation. You will be responsible and dedicated to compliance for a variety of clients supporting the day-to-day operation; whilst being supported and encouraged to develop personally and professionally in your own career.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• MS Office proficiency including Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating end-to-end progression of candidates through the recruitment flow.
• Work with external clients to clear compliance packs to regulated standards.
• Align with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and monitor changes.
• Assist candidates to complete applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Process documents, references and DBS applications.
• Use Recruitment inbox to respond to queries from candidates.
• Keep CRM up to date with accurate application notes and files.
• Provide ongoing training for staff on compliance changes.
