Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Compliance Coordinator at Lakeside, Portsmouth to support onboarding and ongoing contractor compliance. You will manage documentation, contracts and compliance checks, ensuring timely and accurate completion. The role involves audits, portal uploads and liaison with MSPs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied compliance workload including gathering information from candidates before placements begin.
• Manage candidate and client contracts from creation through to completion.
• Support smooth onboarding and help prevent delays to start dates.
• Maintain accurate contractor and placement records throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor extensions, rate changes and expiring documents.
• Chase outstanding documentation and references.
• Liaise with MSPs, framework clients and internal teams.
• Upload candidate information to online framework portals.
• Assist audits by collating evidence and completing actions.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks or outstanding actions.
• Ensure processes align with GDPR and relevant legislation.
• Provide general administrative and documentation control support.
