We are looking for a dynamicindividualwith attention to detail and enthusiasm to continue to improve accommodation standards and increase customer satisfaction. You will work together with the Accommodation team ensuring that all our admin and documents are up to date for host families and staff, in accordance with EF policy and British Council.
Ensuring an elevated level of record-keeping in a fast-paced environment will be one of your highest priorities. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with hostfamilies and help them complete all paperwork by phone or when visiting hosts. Ensuring the quality of our accommodation provision to our customers will be an essential part of the role.

References will be followed up and will ask specifically whether there is any reason that the applicant should not be engaged in situations where they have responsibility for, or substantial access to, persons under 18. Upon interview all gaps in CVs must be explained satisfactorily and proof of identity and, where applicable, qualifications will be required. Appropriate suitability checks will be required prior to confirmation of appointment.
