Welcome to Thornley Groves, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, with 10 offices and over 170 staff. We are committed to providing personalized property services and are looking for a dedicated Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

This full-time, permanent role is based in Didsbury, Manchester, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors to ensure compliance works are completed promptly and to high standards.
2. Maintain and report accurate file notes.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service.
