Job description

Title: Product & Compliance Co-ordinator

Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Location: Cheadle, SK8

Job Description:

This role involves supporting Quality Assurance for Wine Product and Producer information, working closely with the technical team to manage product data for UK Bottled products. It requires coordination across Compliance, Product Managers, and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and maintain quality assurance processes, including the Supplier Approval Questionnaire (SAQ), aligned with BRC standards.
2. Assist in maintaining the Bottle Books Agency database, focusing on updates and ongoing support.
3. Manage Bottle Books entries for Own Production, Greencroft, and associated QR codes, following workflows set by the Technical team.
4. Act as the primary contact for queries related to Bottle Books and account liaison.
5. Coordinate with production sites and Product Managers to ensure timely and accurate information updates.
6. Support the tasting and approval process for new vintages, logging technical and compliance data.
7. Assist with Greencroft samples and reviews, including tasting and logging post-production samples.
8. Support label compliance processes, including signing off on label approvals.
9. Oversee Bevica product setup checks to ensure accuracy of product information.
10. Keep product data in Brandbank up to date.

Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of Bottle Books and product data management.
• Experience with Bevica or similar systems.
• Proficiency with SharePoint for document management.
• Accurate data entry skills and experience maintaining databases.
• Background in science or technical fields is a plus.
• An interest in wine is beneficial.
