Job description

Location: Remote, with potential for UK sponsorship

Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 Rs per month (negotiable, based on experience and performance)

Hours: 3-4 hours per day with effective and prompt communication.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as an Administrative & Compliance Coordinator. This role requires a self-starter with a strong command of English and excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently, manage diverse tasks efficiently, and drive initiatives forward. The successful candidate will be expected to assist in various administrative duties and support the company’s regulatory and compliance activities.

This multi-functional role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth, with the potential for sponsorship to work in the UK for high-performing candidates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take initiative in handling company documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  3. Assist with the preparation and coordination of reports and other documentation
  4. Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and external partners
  5. Support in implementing new procedures, policies, and best practices
  6. Manage multiple priorities and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met consistently
  7. Provide daily administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards is advantageous
