Compliance Coordinator

Location: Doncaster | Full-Time | Ropsley Group

Join our team as a Compliance Coordinator, supporting the SHEQ team in driving safety, health, environmental, and quality improvements across the organisation. You’ll provide administrative support, monitor compliance, and help implement key policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the SHEQ Director with accreditations, monthly reporting, and workload tracking.
  • Develop, review, and implement SHEQ policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
  • Maintain the SHEQ SharePoint and manage document authorisations.
  • Act as a point of contact for SHEQ inquiries and provide support across teams.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing HSEQ performance.

Requirements

  • IOSH certificate essential; NEBOSH or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong understanding of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Experience in health and safety roles (risk assessing, auditing, policy writing).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
