Position: Compliance Coordinator - Lincolnshire

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 per year

Our client, based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, is seeking to expand their team of Compliance Coordinators to oversee livestock welfare across partner farms in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The role involves ensuring farms comply with internal and UK standards for animal welfare.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience with livestock
  • Strong focus on animal welfare and maintaining high standards
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Clean UK driving license
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct farm visits to ensure industry standards are met and communicate best practices and welfare standards
  • Update protocols in line with legislation and industry changes
  • Support and liaise with the wider field-based team
