Our client, with a head office based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, is looking to expand their team of Compliance Coordinators to support livestock welfare across partner farms in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The role involves ensuring farms comply with internal standards and UK regulations.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience with livestock
  • Possess a strong focus on animal welfare and maintaining high standards
  • Be able to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Be self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be IT competent, including Microsoft Office
  • Hold a clean UK driving licence
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting farm visits to ensure industry standards are met, communicating best practices and customer-specific animal welfare standards
  • Updating protocols on farms in line with legislation and industry changes
  • Liaising with and supporting the wider field-based team
