We are investing in a new Compliance Co-ordinator role to strengthen our approach to landlord health and safety compliance and provide assurance that our homes continue to meet the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Property Services team and play a key role in protecting tenants, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring full compliance across our housing stock.
The Compliance Co-ordinator will support the planning, monitoring and delivery of statutory compliance programmes across our property portfolio. The role will help ensure that all landlord health and safety obligations are met, compliance data remains accurate and audit-ready, and contractors perform to the standards expected by the Association.
We are looking for someone with an HNC in Construction management, (or working towards the qualification). You will be a motivated and organised individual who can combine technical understanding with excellent communication and analytical skills.
