Job summary

Redwood Search is seeking a diligent Compliance Assessor in Halesowen to support verification, regulatory compliance, and health and safety administration. This permanent, full-time role focuses on accurate reporting, risk spotting, and maintaining compliance registers across projects.

You will liaise with surveyors and operations, prepare RAMS and project documentation, and help steer safe working practices while delivering high-quality records and timely outputs.

Responsibilities

• Produce and issue post-verification reports for completed projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality procedures.
• Identify areas of risk, non-compliance, or poor practice and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and administer industry compliance registers and audit documentation.
• Liaise with surveyors, operational teams, and administrators regarding remedial works, inspections, quotations, and project requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, asset registers, verification schedules, and equipment requirements.
• Prepare RAMS for projects.
• Support ongoing reviews of safe working practices and operational procedures.
• Provide administrative support for quality, compliance, training, and competency initiatives.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist compliance-led organisation seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Assessor to support the delivery of high-quality project verification, regulatory compliance, and health & safety administration.
