Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Compliance Analyst - Benefits and Outcome Assurance to provide independent assurance and insightful analysis across environmental programmes. You will evaluate performance, risks, costs and benefits, translating complex information into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.

The role is hybrid, based at Clearwater Court in Reading with travel to sites as required. You will support engagement with the Environment Agency and Ofwat while ensuring alignment with

Qualifications

• Significant experience in environmental programmes or regulated infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with data interpretation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assurance on WINEP/WAAP activities and performance against regulatory commitments.
• Evaluate delivery plans, milestones and evidence to form clear assurance conclusions.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior stakeholders and engage with regulators as needed.
