Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Compliance Analyst - Benefits and Outcome Assurance to provide independent assurance across environmental programmes and translate complex information into clear recommendations for sponsors, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

You will assess performance against time, cost, quality and regulatory commitments, shaping evidence-based decisions and ensuring alignment with Ofwat and EA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental programmes or regulated infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex information into recommendations.
• Experience engaging with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery against time, cost, quality and environmental outcomes for WINEP/WAAP.
• Evaluate plans, milestones, risks and evidence to form assurance conclusions.
• Provide evidence-based challenge and recommendations to delivery teams.
• Engage with Environment Agency and Ofwat on requirements.
• Prepare briefing material for senior stakeholders.
