Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our Group Procurement and Supply Chain team in Warrington. You will coordinate contractor and supplier onboarding, maintain records and ensure adherence to Group processes and procedures.

The role requires proactive administration, strong organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business to meet KPIs and support procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer contractor and supplier onboarding processes, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.
• Monitor compliance with Group processes, procedures and agreements, addressing issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate subcontractor records and update database statuses.
• Support stakeholders with Procurement and Supply Chain procedures, including 3rd party partners.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
• Produce and distribute onboarding reports, managed lists and divisional KPIs.
• Follow the United Way of working and ensure processes are consistently adopted.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalated concerns to line management where appropriate.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Group Procurement and Supply Chain team, based in Warrington.

The Role

You will support Group Procurement and Supply Chain activities, coordinating contractor and supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Group processes and procedures. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing guidance, monitoring KPIs and helping resolve issues efficiently.

About You

We are looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with previous administration experience and the ability to manage information accurately while working with a range of stakeholders.

• Previous administration or coordination experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and maintaining databases.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and building positive working relationships.

This role would suit someone with a strong administrative background who is keen to build on their existing skills and develop their experience in compliance, procurement and supply chain processes. You do not need to have extensive experience in these specialist areas, as the role offers an opportunity to learn, develop and grow your knowledge within a supportive team.
