Amey is hiring a Compliance Administrator to join the Northampton Schools account on site in Waterside Way, Northampton. You will develop and maintain the PPM schedule, ensure timely maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors, and keep accurate records in the CAFM/CMMS system.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills and knowledge of UK building compliance standards. The standard hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with salary dependent on experience.

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Northampton Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 42 schools (five secondary and 37 primary).
