Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting Complex Needs Practitioners in Largs. The role covers delivering in-home support to individuals with complex needs, with training provided and a fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

The posts require a UK driving licence for manual vehicles and access to a car, with 37.5 hours per week across 5 shifts, including evenings and weekends. Benefits include paid travel, mileage allowance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• You do not need previous experience in care; training provided.
• Must have UK driving licence for manual vehicles and access to own car.
• Shifts over 7 days with evenings and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, housework, meals and personal care.
• Provide social support and accompany clients to hobbies/events.
