Job summary

Richmond Fellowship Scotland Ltd. in Mauchline is seeking a Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 to provide 1:1 support and on-site help in a 24/7 housing project. You will assist residents to live independently, support with daily tasks, and help with medication where needed.

The role requires a UK driving licence, a full-time schedule of 36 hours across 5 shifts over 7 days, including evenings and weekends. Fully funded SVQ Level 2 training is offered.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, general housework, meal preparation and personal care.
