Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Mauchline is recruiting Complex Needs Practitioners Level 1s for a 36-hour week across 5 shifts, including evenings and weekends. This on-site role offers 24/7 staffing support within a modern housing project.

No care experience is required as we value your transferable skills; we will provide training, including a fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. A UK driving licence (manual) and access to your own car are required.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; we recruit on values and transferable skills.
• Fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care supplied on employment.
• UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles) and access to own car required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Provide social support and accompany individuals to hobbies/events.
